To complete a task it’s extremely vital for a team to cooperate efficiently on every stage of the project. We believe RealtimeBoard makes the life better providing designers with the place where they co-create online dealing with visual media.

RealtimeBoard, a new social collaborative tool, was a great experience on Design Management Day where people worked together to solve the challenge of brand creation. How did the tool help to improve teamwork?
Stage 1: share the challenge. Create a new board, add the challenge and invite your team to join in making sure everyone got the task.

Stage 2: brainstorm ideas. As the challenge is seen, suggest your ideas, so everyone views them on the common board. Observe what other participants think. Discuss the ideas in built-in chat, drop stickers, mark-up with tools – either drawing or typing.

Stage 3: search and share relevant information. Usually we look for information on the web with many tabs which is not convenient to manage. With RealtimeBoard all the links, texts, images can be dropped onto one board, so the team can see all the information in one screen.

Stage 4: get pictures and put them in one place. RealtimeBoard is extremely helpful to share pictures. Everyone adds their pictures on the board and at the same time watches what others share.

Stage 5: present the completed task for audience. With presentation mode the team can easily show the board to the audience. Just shot the screen and a slide is ready. Even you and your team can edit your presentation from their devices in real time.

RealtimeBoard definitely improves online creative process, especially for those who work with people all over the world - no emailing, no switching from file to file, flexible mindmapping – that lets you see the whole picture of your project.
